Losing a spouse is an incredibly difficult experience, remembering her today and always, made me realize that a lifetime together is never enough. A perfect person, always by my side, generous spirit that touched the lives of everyone who knew her. When something like this happens, it leaves one, and certainly me, figuring out how to pick up the pieces. I am not sure if I can do that. There are absolutely no words that can replace a lifetime of memories. My wife was a remarkable woman who always held her head high and gave endlessly to those around her.
One’s main task in life is to give birth to himself, to become what he potentially is. She had done that for her and me effortlessly. I wouldn’t be a fraction of what I am today without her. That is why we often only see one side to someone's personality, and not what he has done on others.
Born into a family with a long history of family values that spanned generations, much of her life hovered around her family and dedicated her life to me and her kids.
When she fell ill, I was devastated. Surprisingly, in her illness and suffering she never liked any fuss being made of her. She was so used to caring for others that she couldn't be doing with any fuss for her. Happy is the man who finds a true friend, and far happier is who he finds the true friend in his wife. My beautiful, sweet, darling wife, may you be at peace, and God bless you.
